Returns happen, and ABC believes in your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange all in-stock items received back in our facility within 30 days, except for special orders or custom-designed items manufactured specially for you.

RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. All in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from the purchase date. Additionally, all jewelry must be in their original purchase condition and cannot be engraved. Likewise, they must also include all product documentation with a Return Authorization.
